Volunteer

The Triangle Russian Festival would be impossible to organize without our fantastic volunteers. Typically, one volunteer shift lasts two or three hours. Volunteers are involved in many aspects of the festival—be sure we will find something you will enjoy doing.

You can help us with the Food Corner, greet our guests at the entrance and direct them to many festival zones, assist with activities for kids and adults, help in coordinating performances or even join us decorating the festival. Discuss even more options with the Festival Coordinator who is always happy to talk about individual ways how you can be engaged and how much time you want to 'donate'.

Upon request, we can provide high school students an official paper from the Rotary Children's Fund with the number of hours you will spend as a volunteer at the festival.

Join the Festival as a Vendor

Join the Triangle Russian Festival as a vendor and display any goods or services with a Russian-style character. We expect around 1500-3000 at the event!

Whether you are painting, making jewelry, sewing, or you are a nonprofit organization, you will be a great addition to the event. Please remember that in order to become a vendor, your products, activities or services should contribute to representing Russian culture.

Three vendor categories are available: a business vendor, a nonprofit vendor, and a craftsman vendor.

Don't hesitate to contact the Festival Coordinator to know more details.

Donate or Sponsor the Festival

We welcome individual donations and would be glad to discuss sponsorship options with commercial organizations. The event is organized by a nonprofit organization and the Halle Cultural Arts Center, and we heavily rely on the community support.

More details about sponsor benefits (special recognition, tickets, and discounts) are available upon request. Please contact the Festival Coordinator.
